As independent FF&E consultants we have no commercial links to individual manufacturers, suppliers or ranges and therefore are able to offer an impartial consultancy service, comprising of design, specification, project and cost management, product knowledge, procurement and site supervision.

We are able to work with our individual client’s project specifications to meet their vision, whether the space in question is a corporate, health or specific commercial space, in order to provide furniture and equipment that best suits the space and the way it will be used . mlm design are able to draw on a large pool of suppliers to meet any Australian compliance standards required of the project. Using mlm offers greater flexibility in solutions used, allowing the outcome to suit the particular space and its specifications.

Scope of Services

• Design Development: Preparation of equipment and furniture schedule for preliminary review and discussion to determine budget.
• Construction Phase: Check and update Schedule prior to ordering, confirm fabric and tests. Project manage timely placement of orders by agency. Co-ordinate timing delivery of furniture to site with client, builder and furniture suppliers.
• Project Completion: Check Installation as specified

Professionally Mandy has worked on many FF&E projects over 25 years working as an interior designer. skills developed include selecting, specifying, scheduling and costing furniture for large commercial, health and community projects. Understanding the suitability of furniture specified for each individual interior design project she has worked on has been crucial. This has also given her great knowledge of the Australian and International furniture industries with respect for the designers and manufacturing companies that produce beautifully made furniture.
